Creative Workshops for late diagnosed neurodivergent adults by Katie Gander

These workshops are all about exploring how creativity can support neurodivergent people who’ve been diagnosed later in life. Feel free to join just one or come to all of them—they each stand on their own but also connect with each other. No artistic skills needed! I truly believe creativity is something we all have inside us. It’s curiosity that sparks creativity, and artistic expression flows naturally when we let that curiosity lead the way.

Throughout the workshops, we’ll dive into the theme of lost and found. We’ll explore what it means to lose things through the perspective of being autistic and neurodivergent, but also what we discover and find along the way—and how that can help us live a more grounded, fulfilling life.

While we try out various mixed media techniques, we can also chat about what it’s like to be diagnosed later in life, sharing stories and ideas. Or, if you’d rather, you’re welcome to come along and work quietly without sharing.
